Kelpie

Inspired by the Scottish myths of horse-like creatures that live in lochs and lure in wandering children.

Around 3 weeks of work. Modeled in Zbrush, retopoed in 3D Coat, rigged and posed in Maya, textured with Substance Painter, Photoshop, and thrown together in Unreal Engine 4 with some quick kelp, particles, and post effects.
